He studied Systems Engineering in the Sophia Anípolis technological park. In 2009 he started to actively cooperate with the Justice system of different countries. He did so by providing them with information about 130.000 non-declared bank accounts held in Switzerland by such a number of vast fortunes. This information is known as the Falciani list. Currently, and based on what has been learnt through studying the data contained in the list, he works in the development of monitoring and control systems to avoid the political and financial corruption, and also in computer systems to monitor the financial flows.
Activity in Europe
Because of his knowledge of computer systems and of how the financial system functions, he is the most suitable person to manage projects set up in order to restrict tax fraud and to build monitoring systems for the banks, at a European level. Falciani will be a watchful asset to the banking policies and he will promote projects and policies for the citizens’ control of the financial flows. He will connect and catalyse initiatives in the fields of transparency and banking control.

He has been working for the INRIA (in French: National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control) for many years. He started as a researcher in the field of artificial intelligence within European projects. Over the last few months, working from INRIA, he has provided technical support to the Spanish Ministry of Economy, for a monthly salary of 3.500€. He owns, together with his wife, an apartment for which they are paying a mortgage.
2. Simona Levi
Expert in systems aimed towards the renewal of Democracy in the digital era. Expert in communication. She is a developer of the method on which the Citizens’ Network X Party is based.

She is a theatre director, a multi-disciplinary artist, a cultural manager and an activist. She was born in Italy, was naturalised Spanish citizen and has been living in Barcelona since 1990. Simona is a prominent activist, within the european social movements, in the field of the free diffusion of knowledge. She has been also taken an active part in movements for housing rights and for the use of public space, as well as organizing platforms to uncover the corruption and the politician’s accountability for the economic injustices in Spain and Europe. Over the last years, she has focused on free culture, digital democracy and the strategic use of digital tools in fields such as organisation, communication, collective action and the renewal of democracy.
Active member of 15-M (15th of May) movement in Barcelona. Co-writer of the book “Tecnopolitics, internet and r-evolutions – About the central importance of digital networks in the 15-M movement”, and coordinator of “Digital free culture – Basics to defend what belongs to everyone”, both published by Icaria in 2012.
She is one of the founders of eXgae (now X.net), a platform launched in 2008 to propose alternative models for the cultural dissemination, the managing of copyrights and Democracy in the digital era. This organisation helped to uncover the corruption scheme within the SGAE (Spanish Organisation for the Management and Protection of Copyrights), that resulted in the arrest of its president, Teddy Baustista, and of the rest of its top management. X.net arranges the ceremony of the oXcars and the FCForum, which gives visibility to projects in different artistic disciplines within the domains of free culture and democracy in the digital. She is also a founder of Red Sostenible (Sustainable network), the citizens’ platform against Spanish Ley Sinde (Sinde’s Law for a sustainable economy).
In 2012 she took part in the group that launched, in Barcelona, the project called 15Mparato aiming at taking Rodrigo Rato (former Spanish Minister of Economy, former Managing Director to IMF, and President of Bankia) and all the top management of Bankia to court, due to their responsibilities for the banking scam that resulted in the crisis for the Spanish state.
On behalf of FCForum, she worked as a citizens’ lobbyist for the European Commission and different Parliaments, between 2010 and 2013.
Over the last years, she has been taking part in different national and international meetings, as observer and speaker, in order to make known the current situation of free culture, digital democracy and the alternatives to organizing today’s the civil society.
Activity in Europe
Through her competencies and because of her experience as an activist in the European Parliament and in several committees, she could help to make visible the big democratic shortages and the impunity of corruption in Spain and Europe that are preventing the implementation of fair politics that aim put an end to the crisis. On the other hand, she has a deep and broad knowledge on the Method of the X Party, which will be very useful in implementing all the initiatives that are set to change the way of doing things once and for all.

Project coordinator in the cultural organisation Conservas: publishing projects, event organisation and management, workshops for the use of new technologies, and so on. Her personal assets are some premises, that she shares with some cultural organisations to meet its expenses (with no profit), a small flat (30 square meters) and a bicycle.

4. Susana Martín Belmonte

She studied Economics in Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, with specialization in Economic Theory (1993), and a Master in Marketing Management by ESIC (1998). She was market analyst in the Foreign Trade Agency at the Spanish Embassy in Mexico, within the ICEX program to promote foreign trade. She has held mostly international job positions in the field of the new technologies. In 2003 she started a research on the monetary system, that resulted in “Nothing is lost. An alternative and healthy monetary and financial system”, published in 2011 by Icaria. Since then, her activity is focused on the fields of critical economy, development of supplementary currencies and the establishment of the Social Currency Institute, as well as on her usual professional activity. Since June 2013 she is unemployed and works on these projects full-time.
Activity in Europe
Her expertise in Economics has made her aware of the serious problems that aren’t being solved. The main problem is an income distribution that systematically deprives workers and SMEs of resources. This problem has been worsened by an anti-social redistributing action by the State in favor of the financial sector and against low and middle-classes. Her collaboration with the X Party will contribute to revert the “austericide” (impoverishment of the Citizens through austerity measures) and to put in practice the reforms and measures appearing in the parties programme to create prosperity within the real economy for the biggest part of society.

She has worked almost uninterruptedly in the field of new technologies. Nowadays her income comes from the dis-employment subsidy, her personal savings, and from sporadic collaborations, lectures and conferences. She owns a flat in Madrid, with a mortgage, currently rented out, while she lives in Barcelona.
5. Sergio Salgado

He studied Political Sciences at the University of Santiago de Compostela. After finishing its first cycle, he moved to France where he worked as a volunteer in a project of the SVE European Commission program. He finished his degree with a Masters in Human Ecology at the Aberta University of Lisboa.
He is a technician in micro-computing systems and a GNU/Linux systems Administrator and has worked as a computer specialist. He is a member of X.Net, the association for the defense of free culture, Internet neutrality and network democracy. He is involved in several national and international projects of activism for democracy.
Activity in Europe
Throughout all his adult life, he has taken part in processes destined to develop new types of political action. In recent years, he has intensively worked in different initiatives such as 15MpaRato (a group of citizens that has placed Rodrigo Rato, Miguel Blesa and other 50 responsible actors from different parties and big unions in the dock for their involvement in Bankia’s preferential shares scam) that have shown him that it is possible for Citizens to self-organize in a more democratic, human and efficient way.

He is currently working as a contractor acting as consultant and technical staff for different organizations on issues related with communication, organization and network presence. In the last year he has worked with Universities studying new forms of civic organization. That, together with a low standard of living (he has an income of about 800 euros per month) and having no familiar charge give him flexibility to devote time to politics. He lacks any kind of patrimony.
6. Juan Moreno Yagüe

Law degree by the University of Seville in 1996. He prepared the competitive judge examination for the next seven years, passing the first exercise for six times (General Theory, Constitutional, Civil and Criminal) and completing the second exercise for six more times (Litigation, Corporate, Administrative). Specialized in legal systems and their faults. Since 2010, promoting and participating in all kind of actions related to the implementation of effective democracy in Spain (Creator of Democracy 4.0, a petition in Congress demanding immediate vote for every citizen in a direct way), as well as taking judicial actions against Banking frauds on a large scale: Preferential Shares scam and Euribor. As a result of this activity, thousands of victims have been facilitated their legal claims, earning numerous trials, releasing and making available all the necessary information. He drove the research procedures of the manipulation of the principal banking index, the Euribor, through the OpEuribor collective, which have resulted in the imposition of the highest fines ever determined by the European Commission to a set of Banks (1,700 million euros). Currently, and thanks to his work, the forced evictions of thousands of people living on their mortgages have been paralyzed. Working for more than a decade ago as a sole practitioner with own office. He is the lawyer hired by the 15MpaRato collective.
Activity in Europe
His work is focused mainly on the prevention of the biggest bank frauds, developing his activity in the electoral campaign concerning the problems caused by the preferential shares scam, the manipulation of indexes like euribor and the stopping of evictions by procedural actions. In case of being elected, his work will consist basically on everything related to the protective legislation within the citizens’ rights in matters of consumption, financial products, mortgages and the regulation of the banks’ activity in the field of customer relations. In the field of Justice, he holds a fierce struggle against judicial taxes.

His financial resources are entirely due to his work as a lawyer. He has no residential properties, but lives in a rented house. The average net earnings rarely exceed two thousand euros per month.
7. Marcelo Expósito
He works in the field of culture, acting as a teacher. He investigates social transformation movements.

Higher education in art carried out in Netherlands. He is currently Professor of the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Faculty of Castilla-La Mancha in Cuenca and Professor of the Independent Study Program of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona. His competences would be applied to developing policies that provide culture with tools to fulfil a social function in the service of people’s empowerment, and not the commercial interests of large industries. This task merges with X Party objective of transforming the current production model, providing greater legal and financial coverage to cooperative entrepreneurship; it is also related to its programme aimed to redirect the benefits of higher education within Europe towards the interests of citizens and not of the large corporations.

His current income comes from his position as associate professor of a public university, along with irregular income from other jobs as s teacher, artist, translator or cultural manager. All his revenues are entirely intended, without any saving capacity, to pay rent for housing, support for his two minor children and financing the part of his own work that is independent from institutions. He does not own any estate or other property than his personal library and video library.

In 2006, as she anticipated the incoming crisis, specially in the real estate market, she launched a new business line, that has been becoming a great success.
She has always combined family life, career with voluntary work for different associations.

Her contribution is based on her work experience in big companies, as well as an entrepreneur that has established several companies for the 22 last years. She believes that supporting entrepreneurship, self-employment, cooperatives and the SMEs is essential for achieving a society in which employment and the overall economy both depend less on the investments and disinvestment of multinational companies and monopolies. In Europe, it is possible to lay the foundations to encourage productive, traditional and local economy, instead of the non-productive, globalized and speculative one.
